He said Trump would be good at building that.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Recent reports suggested that Trump was planning to appoint an \u201cAI czar\u201d in the White House to oversee the fast-growing industry. Trump has also repeatedly expressed support for AI and has called for the U.S. to further its lead in the industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Altman\u2019s comments come as a slew of major technology heads express support for Trump. Most notably, Tesla (NASDAQ:) CEO Elon Musk was heavily involved in campaigning for the President-elect.
