complaints.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>When travellers experience issues such as cancelled or delayed flights, or lost bags, and feel the airlines don\u2019t respond appropriately, they can take their complaint to the federal government\u2019s Canadian Transportation Agency.<\/p>\n<p>However, when their hearing ends, <a href=\"https:\/\/globalnews.ca\/news\/10614248\/air-passenger-complaints-silenced\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">they are required to keep the ruling confidential<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Now the agency
