Our economy, business and overall quality of life are being severely damaged,\u201d Gherson added.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c-ad c-ad--bigbox l-article__ad\">\n<p>Story continues below advertisement<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Chow, in response to the plan, said in a statement on Thursday that the city has been addressing many of the issues raised in the report.<\/p>\n<p>She said the city has brought on dedicated staff to make construction projects work together to keep roads open and has hiked road occupancy fees to better reflect the costs of such road closures.<\/p>\n<p>Chow said the city is also freezing transit fares for the second year in a row, and will have 100 traffic enforcement agents working by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCongestion is an issue that impacts all of us.
