are reaching out to state governors in Washington, D.C. as the deadline to avert U.S. President Donald Trump\u2019s tariffs inches closer.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The premiers are to attend the National until March 4 after Canada agreed to introduce new security measures at the border.<\/p>\n<p>The president said the pause would allow time to reach a \u201cfinal economic deal\u201d \u2014 but
