today on the government\u2019s response to allegations of government interference in lucrative medical contracts.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Health Minister Adriana LaGrange is also set to appear at the news conference in Calgary.<\/p>\n<p>The former head of <a href=\"https:\/\/globalnews.ca\/tag\/alberta-health-services\">Alberta Health Services<\/a> alleges in a lawsuit that she was fired for probing questionable contracts pushed by government officials as high up as the premier\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c-inlineSignup\" data-newsletter-inline=\"\">\n<div government oversees an internal review.<\/p>\n<p>Ministers Todd Loewen and Rick Wilson say they agree with others in cabinet who stand by LaGrange\u2019s work and are waiting for the results of the
