Prosecutors have added new details to their indictment against Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/a> on Thursday, accusing him of sex trafficking<\/a> at least three women and dangling someone off a hotel balcony during a two-decade racketeering conspiracy.<\/p>\n

The refreshed indictment was filed in Manhattan federal court ahead of Diddy\u2019s trial, scheduled for May 5.<\/p>\n

Diddy, 55, has pleaded not guilty to the sex trafficking charges lodged against him after his September 2024 arrest<\/a>. He remains incarcerated without bail.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors added four years to the length of Diddy\u2019s alleged racketeering conspiracy in the revised indictment, saying it lasted from about 2004 to 2024. The original indictment said the conspiracy began in 2008.<\/p>\n

The new indictment also stated that there are at least three female victims and listed them as \u201cVictim-1,\u201d Victim-2\u2033 and \u201cVictim-3,\u201d according to\u00a0court documents<\/a> obtained by the New York Times. (Global News has not independently viewed the documents.)<\/p>\n

Prosecutors said Diddy used his \u201cpower and prestige\u201d in the entertainment industry to intimidate, threaten and lure women, often under the pretence of a romantic relationship.<\/p>\n

The indictment stated that Diddy \u201cabused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.\u201d<\/p>\n

It said he subjected his victims to violence, threats of violence, threats of financial and reputational harm and verbal abuse. The allegations also claim that he \u201cmanipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of sexual activity with male commercial sex workers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOn multiple occasions, Combs threw both objects and people, as well as hit, dragged, choked and shoved others,\u201d it said. \u201cOn one occasion, Combs dangled a victim over an apartment balcony.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a statement, Diddy\u2019s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said the filing has \u201cno new offenses\u201d and claimed that the prosecutions\u2019 theory \u201cremains flawed.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs\u2019 former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial,\u201d Agnifilo added.<\/p>\n
