modify the provincial charter of rights to state that the exercise of individual rights must comply with the province\u2019s model for integrating immigrants.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The bill tabled in the provincial legislature Thursday morning by Immigration Minister Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Roberge requires newcomers to embrace Quebec\u2019s common culture.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c-inlineSignup\" data-newsletter-inline=\"\">\n<div class=\"c-inlineSignup__image\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"170\" height=\"225\" loading=\"lazy\" enrich\u00a0Quebec\u00a0culture and \u201cparticipate fully, in French, in\u00a0Quebec\u00a0society.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The bill would require the government to develop a policy on integration into the\u00a0Quebec\u00a0nation and its culture, touching on such areas as democratic values, access to\u00a0Quebec\u00a0cultural content and respect for the\u00a0Quebec\u00a0flag and other provincial
