been injured in a multi-vehicle collision on the Patullo Bridge, a key route in Metro Vancouver.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d21y75miwcfqoq.cloudfront.net\/70c8fc80\" alt=\"\" style=\"position:absolute;width:1px;height:1px\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Police say the crash around 8:30 a.m. Sunday involved five vehicles, including a bus on the east end of the bridge.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c-inlineSignup\" data-newsletter-inline=\"\">\n<div class=\"c-inlineSignup__image\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"170\" \u201clast throughout the day\u201d as investigators probe the cause of the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Police say they were alerted to the crash by paramedics, who along with firefighters tried to save a woman
